Winchester Physician Hospital Organization (WinPHO) and Northeast Physician Hospital Organization (NEPHO) have merged with Lahey Clinical Performance Network (LCPN), a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health Performance Network (BILHPN). This transition went into effect on Jan. 1, 2024.
This is part of our ongoing evolution to expand our support of Beth Israel Lahey Health and our providers. If you are a provider who was a member of NEPHO or WinPHO, here are some changes you might notice:
- Strategic priorities will be shared across the entire BILHPN network to foster a collaborative and integrated approach.
- Resources will be organized centrally through BILHPN, providing you streamlined access to the tools and support you need.
- BILHPN will create more opportunities for engagement and communication between local providers and the larger network
Patients will not notice change during this transition. They will continue to receive high-quality, exceptional care from local providers and care teams supported by a coordinated system of care.
WinPHO and NEPHO staff will continue to be an integral part of BILHPN. Their insights will be instrumental in shaping our future success, and their local perspectives will support our commitment to keeping care close to our patients.
